Orders

There is an issue with my order.

If there are any issues receiving your order or if it has been damaged, please contact us. Send your order number along with a picture of the damaged item to herbalharmonyteasllc@gmail.com and we will do our very best to address the issue as soon as possible.

Products

Why is it important to have organic tea?

The term organic refers to the production of consumable products that do not use chemical fertilizers, artificial agents, or any pesticides. If exposed to chemicals in products, especially over a long period, it poses negative health effects. Not using pesticides also increases biodiversity and helps the health of our planet as well.

Why loose-leaf tea instead of tea bags?

There are several reasons why as a company we have decided to opt for loose-leaf tea. Most tea bags contain dust and broken fragments of tea leaves which results in loss of flavor and lowered quality. And when the herbs are confined in the tea bag there is less room for the leaves to expand and water to flow through. When this happens a variety of minerals and vitamins get diminished. Not using tea bags also means minimal packaging which reduces waste and supports sustainability.

Can the teas be iced?

Yes! Some of our tea products are as effective and delicious when iced, especially the Jasmine Green and Focus + Energy blends. However, the cycle support, stress relief, and digestive support tea blends are recommended to drink hot to maximize their benefits.

Deliveries & Returns

What is your return policy?

Any products that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you are unhappy with a product that is not damaged or defective, please contact us at herbalharmonyteasllc@gmail.com. We are unable to offer refunds at this time for products but will offer store credit depending on the circumstances.

Why is my package delayed?

If your package is delayed and has not arrived in the time frame that was set during checkout, please locate your order number and the carrier (ex. USPS or FedEx) that is providing the delivery. Please note we try our very best to process orders within 24 hours however please allow up to 48 hours. If your order falls on a Sunday or within a Federal Holiday, please allow up to 72 hours with Delivery Closures. If it has been over 48 hours and the carrier has not received your package, please get in touch with us at herbalharmonyteasllc@gmail.com. If your carrier has received your package but the delivery to your address has been delayed, don't hesitate to contact the carrier or track your order via their website.
